Issues

• The fade in/out effects used in the main menu are very slow.
• The fade in/out effects are with version 5.0 a bit faster
• To get fast and smooth fade effect start the game with:

nice -19 cedega -run FO2 Fallout2.exe or nice -19 wine 'C:\Program\BlackIsle\Fallout2\fallout2.exe'
