Issues
- Scrolling right and down now works with Cedega 4.4. However, the hotspot doesn't line up correctly with the cursor unless you're in a managed 640x480 window.
- Switching to 1024x786 is messy. Best to leave them at their default or at 800x600 which seemed to work ok for me.
- On Cedega 5.1 there are problems with the cursor (the mentioned hotspot) unless you're in 640x480 or 800x600 mode (fullscreen or windowed).
- Sierra seems to ignore that the game ever existed. =)

Notes
- On Cedega 5.1 this game should be installed and played in W98 mode. It works almost perfectly, those few issues don't spoil the fun.

Description
This simulation game places you as a provincial Roman governor of a town which you must develop, free to build, rule, and defend your territory. You can gain wealth, power, and favor from Caesar as you repel attackers and carry out your assignments.
