If you decide to join either one of the channels when you're having a problem, please make sure you have the following information ready;

  • System hardware specifications.
  • What distribution you are using.
  • What version of Cedega you are using.
  • What game you are having trouble with and what the exact problem is.
  • Check if the system tests in Point2Play are all green.
