Issues
- Mouse position is incorrectly represented
This can occur from time to time, exact cause is unknown but it can be fixed by restarting Generals or by running Generals in a window. You can run Generals in a window by passing -win as a command line parameter or by using the Desktop option. This may be fixed in 5.0.3.
- Internal patcher does not work; patches need to be downloaded manually.
- Videos are extremely choppy
This issue afflicts many games and is due to differences between the Linux Kernel scheduler and the Windows scheduler. This remains unresolved however the intro movies can be skipped by passing -quickstart as a command-line parameter.
