Moving Troubleshooting

I'd like to move the trouble shooting section to Point2Play and Cedega. We can keep the more general frequently asked questions in here. Such as distribution, cedega configuration,etc.

Or we move the stuff from Point2Play and Cedega here with a different subsection for each.

Discuss.
