Transgaming Technologies is a Canadian firm that forked the original Wine code and developed it further by adding their propritary code, with the main focus on DirectX and 3D acceleration. In recent times, WineX was renamed to Cedega.

Transgaming operates now again a games database on their site. Their official games database was for a long time not being actively maintained. This wiki is an attempt to meet the need that the old database once filled.
